No sympathy for law enforcement?

|

According to the LA Times, A Los Angeles County sheriff’s official has been arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after she allegedly was found passed out behind the wheel in the middle of a Pasadena freeway.

The Los Angeles Times says Natalie Salazar, a civilian sheriff’s director, was arrested on Friday after reports that a car was stopped in the lanes of Interstate 210. An official says the driver had her foot on the brake and the car was in drive. A CHP officer says Salazar had a blood-alcohol level of .20, more than twice the legal limit. Salazar, who has a previous drunken driving conviction, was booked on suspicion of DUI and released on bail. The Sheriff’s Department says Salazar has been placed on leave.
